1. I am unable to find the Profiles in Lightroom ?
- If your pack includes Profiles, be sure to look for it in the Profiles section.
- If your pack includes Presets, it will show up in the Presets section.
2. Can I use the profiles on Lightroom mobile ?
Yes, but it's necessary to install them on Lightroom Desktop first and ensure that your cloud settings permit the synchronization of profiles.
3. How to install the profiles on Lr Mobile ?
1.Open Lightroom CC on your desktop computer, If you do not have Lightroom CC installed on your desktop, please download from Adobe Creative Cloud.
2.Click File, Import Profiles for Lightroom and choose the Lr Cine Profiles [ Unzipped ]
3.Make sure you are logged into your same Adobe Creative Cloud account on both desktop and mobile phone app to allow the Mobile Profiles to sync
4.Look for the Cine profiles in the Profiles section on Mobile

6. How do you deliver the Profiles?
- You will be provided an immediate Download link after payment processing.

7. What happens if the Profiles downloaded within 24 hours after purchase?
- In case you need to re-download your purchase, you may access the expired download link and you will receive a new email with an updated link.
- Alternatively, you can write to info@visualsbypreet.com along with your Order ID and you will be emailed the purchased Profiles | Presets within 24 hours.
